ORIGINS

The Vessel Which Carries traces its roots back to a recreational music project established in 2011.

At the time the project existed primarily as a vehicle for experimentation, learning and private amusement rather than as a serious publishing effort.

Electronic music, guitar-based composition, recording and music production all played a role from the beginning, alongside various predecessor projects and unfinished ideas.

For many years the project remained informal. Songs were written, abandoned, rediscovered, reworked and occasionally released, but continuity was rarely the goal.

In 2024 the acronym TVWC became the primary public identity of the project. Since then the focus has shifted towards building a coherent catalogue of original material and maintaining a more continuous publication schedule.

The project remains independent and is maintained as a long-term creative endeavour.
